We were commissioned a rebranding by isivi – a career site for young and aspiring adults. The client was seeking something timeless, yet fresh, with a tech twist. At the heart of the portal lies an algorithm matching best candidates with employers. Therefore, the concept of linking two parties was significant. Also, the very different career expectations of the young generation had to be taken into account.
An interactive, changing logotype reflecting a dynamic community, a reoccurring motif of networks and linkage, fresh imagery focused on aspirations and emotional fulfilment rather than work.
